This clay rice pot measures approximately 9' Diameter and 7' H. It holds a capacity of 96 fl oz or 5 Go in Japanaese. In japan, 1 cup of rice is known as one 'Go' which is approximately 3/4 US cups.

Single lidded rice cooker, efficient and traditional method of rice cooking. Hand wash is best way to keep the pot clean. Do NOT use in dishwasher. If ceramic pot becomes discolored or rice gets burned on, mix 2 tsp. of baking soda with water and boil in the pot for 5-10 minutes. Rinse and scrub.
