Important: You MUST steam iron the silk to erase the its fold lines when you receive it, otherwise the fabric may not float. You will get 1 PIECE RIGHT HAND silk fan veil and 1 piece of soft protective carry bag. The fan has a screw rivet that allows you to adjust tightness by hand. It also allows you to change the right hand fan into left and change it back any time. But you must tighten the screw head once in a while to prevent it from falling off.
We use sturdy bamboo staves that are wider, thicker than most other fans. Curved on every edge, the blades will not cut your hand. The bamboo staves are carefully screened for splinters.
Light weighted silk flows effortlessly. Hand painted vibrant colors with smooth gradation. All the edges are hemmed to prevent fraying in a color close to the fabric, except the circular edge on the small side of the fan, which does not need hemming because this part does not flutter intensely.
