Color Coded Resistance: These assist bands are color-coded by width and offer varying levels of resistance. Yellow – 1/4' (5-15 LB), Red – 1/2' (15-25 LB), Black – 3/4' (50-75 LB), Purple 1 1/4' (100-120 LB), Green – 1 3/4' (120-175 LB), Blue – 2 1/2' (175-230 LB).
