Measuring Method	Check if the dial is indicating "0" before use and if it can back to "0" after pressed; Let measured person sit down and put arm on the table in relax, keeping arm elevated to the same height as the heart; The below edge of cuff should be 2~3cm away from elbow and shouldn't tight too loose or too firm; Insert stethoscope head into cuff and put on brachial artery; Press bulb and listen, increasing pressure 2.5kPa~4kPa(20mmHg~30mmHg) after brachial artery disappeared and then stop; Then release pressure at 0.3kPa~0.6kPa(2mmHg~4mmHg)/s; As the pressure in the cuffs falls, a "whooshing" or pounding sound is heard when blood flow first starts again in the artery; The pressure at which this sound began is noted and recorded as the systolic blood pressure. The cuff pressure is further released until the sound can no longer be heard, which is the diastolic blood pressure; This measurement usually repeated for twice or three times and take the average value as blood pressure
